What should I wear to a yoga session?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement.

Are there sessions for beginners?

All our sessions are modeled to allow most any practioner, no matter experience or level, to be able to engage in the best way for their own practice. Modifications are given in every session.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we offer private sessions for individuals looking for personalized instruction. Mini-sessions of 2 to 4 people are available for co-ed classes.

How can yoga be holy?

True yoga is ancient and belongs only the Creator. Changing the name on the application of it doesn't change the original Author. Your focus defines your intention. What are YOU "uniting" with?
